It should be then followed by an Environmental Impact Statement(EIS, should the scope of the Project change somewhat....and ONLY if and ONLY when major works are involved on a major scale should an EIA costing US$10-15k and above be required.<br />We have to take this in stages whichever textbook or terminology we apply.
